John Geddie is the President of Geddie & Associates. He is the lead trainer and facilitator for the firm’s High-Potential Leadership Program. He also provides market research services, focusing on analysis of new markets and services, competitive intelligence and trend identification as part of the strategic planning process.

His clients have included firms such as Jones & Carter, Wilson & Company, Walker Parking Consultants, HVJ Associates, EMC2 Architects, Raba-Kistner Consultants, Carter & Burgess, Gerald Martin Construction, Montgomery Watson, and Applied Research Associates. He also regularly leads training programs for state and national associations.

He has an MBA from the University of New Mexico’s Anderson Schools of Management.

Gary Andrews is the primary trainer for our Project management courses and offers the knowledge and ability of decades of personal experience of successfully managing all phases of complex projects to meet standards for schedule, cost and performance. He also has wide-ranging expertise in strategic planning, business and project assessment, gap analysis, organizational development, team building, facilitation, quality management, training and personal development.

Gary's clients have included Los Alamos and Berkeley National Laboratories, Stress Engineering Services, Associated General Contractors-NM Building Branch, Navajo Housing Authority, Team SP, Laguna Industries, the Bureau of Indian Affairs and the City of Albuquerque.

He has a Master’s degree in Public Administration.
